Enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony while keeping an eye on what the kids are doing in the park in front of the house? We designed the Starý pivovar residence to best meet the needs of family living. In a quiet location, away from the main roads, in one of the most desirable locations in Brno with plenty of amenities in the area.

Well-thought-out architecture

The original design solution, oriented towards the cardinal points so that as much daylight as possible penetrates the interiors, gives the Starý pivovar family residence an unexpected dimension.

Own park

You don´t have to have a garden if you have a park in front of your house. The residence includes almost 2,000 m² of landscapde parklad for children´s play and leisure.

A small children´s park with climbing frames can be found just a few steps from one of the entrances to the residence.
